We all want our kids to eat healthy. The best thing you can do for your kids is start them out early with healthy eating habits. As soon as our kids could start having regular food we gave them fruit and vegetables as their go to snacks. Our 2 year olds favorite foods are bell peppers and cherry tomatoes. She will literally eat the whole carton of tomatoes if we would let her.
How fun are these? Kids will love these and everything in them!
Grapes, strawberries, melon, and blueberries. Just use ice cream cones instead of bowls. You can even buy organic cones to make them even healthier! You can add greek yogurt in the bottom the cones too to make them even yummier!

Celery with peanut butter and raisins. This is quick and nutritious snack for everyone. You could add nuts or banana slices to this too. Anything you can do to make them look ‘cute’ kids seem to like.
Cheese sticks are always good to have on hand as a quick snack. Our kids are always grabbing one on the go.
Hard boiled eggs are a great source of protein. We like to boil up a dozen eggs and peel them just put them in a Ziploc bag in the refrigerator.
Perfect Boiled Eggs
Add eggs to boiling water and boil for 12 minutes
Run cold water over the eggs for 5 minutes and let them sit in ice cold water for additional 5 minutes before peeling.
